Buses play a vital role in our communities: they connect places, provide access to jobs, education, healthcare, and leisure, and are essential in tackling inequalities and climate change. However, many people across the South East of Scotland still face barriers when it comes to travelling by bus.

The SEStran Regional Bus Strategy is being developed, which seeks to address these challenges.

To give your views, there is a questionnaire which asks questions about:

• Levels of bus service – how well bus times and routes meet day to day needs
• Cost
• The impact of delays and route changes
• Types of tickets available
• Bus information and customer service
• Bus drivers
• Bus stops, bus stations and park and rides
• The bus vehicles
• Safety, security and inclusion
