From 20 September – 19 October, join in a month-long celebration of community climate action across Fife.
With 60+ community-led events (and more being added every day), there’s something for everyone - whether you’re climate curious, already involved, or simply thinking of making a better future for your family.
Expect:
Bat walks & beach cleans
Gardening & seasonal cookery workshops
Upcycling crafts & green tech demos
Saltmarsh planting & woodland restoration
Walks, talks & cycle rides
Apple Days celebrating the season’s abundance
… and much more!
This includes a headline event Wee Day Oot on 4 October at Lochore Meadows Country Park - a free, action-packed day of fun for the whole family marking Scotland’s Climate Week.
Every event in the festival is community-led - created and hosted by the amazing organisations, volunteers, and groups across Fife. From community gardens to museums, arts collectives to cycling clubs, churches to nature restoration groups - their energy and creativity make this festival possible.
Together, they’re showing how much inspiring climate action is already happening in our communities - and reminding us all that everyone can get involved.
